How long does it take for my order to ship after placing my order?

We try our best to send all online orders out within 24 hours (excluding order's placed on Friday or Saturday). All orders are shipped using Canada Post. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on size and weight of all items in order. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

What if I don't like items in my order or if they do not fit?

We want you look good and feel even better in anything you purchase from us. That being said, all regular priced items are subject to an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged, unworn and with original tags still in tact. Please see return policy for more information.

What items are non-refundable?

Earrings, swimsuits, undergarments (including bodysuits), and clearance items (25% off or greater) are all final sale and are not subject to return or a refund. 

What are the size guides?

Because we carry so many different brands, it isn't a "same size fits all" when it comes to sizing.  If you have any questions about items before making your purchase, do not hesitate send us a message and we will be happy to do a try on session for you to see how a specific item fits.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We're rarely able to order in a restock on items we receive. We do try for our best sellers, however most items are ordered months in advance and are unable to be re-ordered. So if you love it, don't wait until it's gone!
