Return Policy
At prem, we work hard when choosing our products because your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return or exchange any regular priced items within 30 days of purchase date. Clearance items (items marked down at 30% off or more) will be final sale.
Products must be in brand new condition with sales tags still in tact. If returned items are damaged or unable to sell, a refund will not be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on online returns. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the products only to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
