Our team is passionate about fashion, and we are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join us in delivering exceptional service and style to our clientele.

Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate at prem., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect fashion items, and maintaining the store's visual presentation. We are seeking individuals who are fashion-forward, personable, and dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Listen to their needs and preferences, offering guidance and advice.

2. Sales: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and up-selling techniques.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide accurate information and style recommendations to customers.

4. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store's visual presentation by organizing and displaying merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking and posting new products on e-commerce platform.

6. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.

7. Store Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dressing rooms, sales floor, and additional inventory.

8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experienced in creating content using social media platforms such as facebook and instagram
• Passion for fashion and helping others look and feel their best!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a retail environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
